About Us

Our History

We've changed a lot since they opened our doors in Shelby back in 1938. Quality Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning has served the Shelby/Mansfield/Ontario area for 70 years. During that time there has been a change in ownership three times, a name change, and a new location. But one thing has not changed; today, as with the two previous owners, we still strive to be the best at meeting your comfort needs – every season of the year. We have been continuously selling TRANE products longer than most TRANE dealers in the state of Ohio - 29 years. That is more than three times longer than other TRANE dealers in Richland County. It is also your assurance that you will receive quality products and dependable service - whenever you need us - from recommending the right system to arranging convenient financing. Our office hours are 7:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. If an emergency comes up you can always reach us, after hours or on weekends, at (419) 961-6576.
